Sermorelin is a 29–amino-acid fragment of GHRH. It was previously available as a U.S. product (Geref) used in diagnostic/therapeutic GH-axis contexts historically. Sermorelin is a shortened analog of natural GHRH that can stimulate pituitary GH release.
It is pharmacologically related to tesamorelin and CJC-1295 but is not the same molecule or the same modern labeled indication.

Sermorelin is a shorter version of the hormone that tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. The pituitary still has to be able to respond.
