Step 1
Pick a 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL, or 1.0 mL U-100 insulin syringe. Units on those barrels are the same size: 1 unit = 0.01 mL. A smaller barrel just holds fewer units.
Step 2
Enter how many milligrams are in the lyophilized vial, or choose a product SKU. The calculator uses that mass as the total peptide in the bottle.
Step 3
Enter how many milliliters of diluent you add. Typical mixes on this site use 1 mL of water per 10 mg of peptide, 1 mL for every 5 mg vial, and GHK-Cu at 50 mg / 3 mL or 100 mg / 5 mL.
Step 4

Research peptides usually ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Dry powder tolerates short temperature swings in transit better than a mixed solution. For work in solution, the cake is dissolved in a sterile diluent — most often bacteriostatic water. That step is reconstitution. Accuracy matters because the milligrams per milliliter of the finished liquid is what the syringe-unit math uses.

Reconstitution is a lab handling step. Wash hands, use clean gloves and eye protection, and keep the bench free of dust and moisture. Have the lyophilized vial, a sterile syringe, bacteriostatic water, and alcohol swabs ready before you open anything.
Bring cold powder and solvent to room temperature first. Cold liquid on a cold cake can slow dissolving and make foaming worse. Wipe the rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab after you expose them. Do not remove the stopper.
Draw the planned volume of bacteriostatic water. Tilt the peptide vial about 45° and let the liquid run down the glass wall onto the cake instead of blasting it straight on. Slow addition cuts foam. Let the powder wet, then roll or gently swirl. Do not shake hard.
Keep unused lyophilized powder cool, dry, and away from light. Short-term fridge storage is common; long-term storage is usually frozen. Once in solution, peptides are less stable. Fridge use is typically measured in weeks; frozen aliquots last longer. Avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
