How to read peptide evidence
A practical guide to evidence levels, study types, and common over-interpretations.

More papers do not automatically mean a peptide is proven. A hundred animal studies can sit beside three thin human reports. Peptide Help labels evidence as established, clinical research, limited human evidence, preclinical, or experimental so you can see that difference quickly.
When you open a study card, look at species, design, and limitations before the headline finding. A healthy-volunteer hormone study is not a disease-outcome trial. A narrative review is not a randomized trial.
What 'established' means here
On this platform, established is reserved for situations with strong clinical evidence and/or approved medical use for at least one indication. It still does not mean 'safe for everyone' or 'useful off-label'.
Experimental means insufficient evidence for routine medical use. It is a knowledge status, not a moral judgment.
